3 Trillion Dollars?

Interesting press announcement on April 21, 2005 by the National Bureau of Investigation in the Philippines

notice a word had been typed up, 'billion' it looks like but has been crossed out and replaced by 'trillion.'
The figure is confirmed further down.

They suggest that the certificates were similar to one which was siezed previously by the NBI.

The tip-off came from DHL Philippines in Makati City on April 14th

Who it suggests were also involved in the ealier seizure.

I saw it mentioned on Bellacio and followed it up from there. Although im lost to the signifcance of it, im assuming that 3 trillion, even if its fake is a big find. However it seems to have been generally missed or ignored by news agencies so i could be wrong.
