Just Joined The Seti @ Home Program

One of my friends.. 40 year old man.. "Duronbird".. he has about 10 computers "chasing for ufos" 24/7..

I think that the Seti@home business has affected his fragile mental ballance..

Just to make things more interesting - intended to create a bit of friendly competition between companies/schools etc

I have 2100 work units, and I'm going to quit after 2500. I thought it was cool when I first started it, but I actually don't trust the software/seti anymore either. BUT I did get cought up in the W/U race.

Yeah I joined the other day, its great to think that your computer might have an alien message on it!!!:uplus the graphics are cool.

So has anyone running the program come up with anything?? I know its been number crunching for a few years now..

I just downloaded SETI the other day too. Im at 75! I should get to 100 in a couple days

Yep I'm at about 75 now! I have ahd it running constantly for quite a while.

Just installed Seti@home and joined the ATS team there.
My PC is frequently left on for days at a time.
