Sum Help With Pop Up Blockers

I have always used Kazaa for downloading music but recently it stopped working because i downloaded a few pop up blockers.

Ive removed the blocks and reinstalled Kazaa but it says i still have the pop up blockers somewhere on my PC.

Is there someway i can get a list of every program installed on my PC.

And i dont mean Add/Remove programs, i mean EVERY single last program???
