I am curious for a solution for CTS. I recently found a website (sorry no link here) that advertises infra-red therapy for CTS. They are selling a simple IR array that you use to treat localized areas where Carpal Tunnel is acting up. Furthermore, they have logos for NASA claiming that it has been either used or endorsed by them.

Now for all you fine people on this board who may know, do you think IR therapy works or have you tried it? If so, I really don't want to dish out $129 for this device, as I know I can build my own for under $30.

Is this the site you found?
Anyway, if you have any symptoms i would see a Doctor or Physiotherapist.

No, here is the site. I actually wasn't looking for it, it is for my girlfriend:

I read up a little on this, and apparently they claim it is something called Near Infrared as opposed to I guess regular infrared that works?? I don't know.

Without good medical options, we are just looking for some sort of home therapy through ergonomics or OTC meds or the like. If someone who has this knows of methods besides invasive surgeries, this would be a great help.
