Help me Deny my Ignorance

After posting the Universe, Distance and Time topic, I have realised just how ignorant I am. I really have no clue what a Inertial frame is, or some of the other stuff. I am really interested in the Sciences so I hope ATS will help me to deny my Ignorance !

There is a saying : ' True wisdom comes in realising that you know nothing ! '

An inertial frame is a non-accelerating frame, and/or one in which Newtons F=ma formula is applicable.
A frame is a set of axes constructed at some point from which you can measure position.
