Are their certain religions that assist humans in living longer lives. Without doing a complete statistical study, I have found that Christians appear to live longer than non-Christians. Is there a future religion that each person can agree upon?

Eat good wholesome food AND NOTHING ELSE
Do hard physical labour everyday
Leave of coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, etc.
Sleep on time, wake up on time.
