Are U.S soldiers ordered to be killed by the Pentagon?

High-ranking US officers have recently been quoted as saying that more than 304 U.S. military forces have been executed at the behest of army commanders and with the knowledge of the Pentagon in Iraq.

Man, I wonder how you get on the "Pentagon's Special Team"... just look at the number of people you do hear about dissenting. How many of them are killed?
