Hizbollah Flies Drone Over Northern Israel

Its just a propaganda display.
Hizbollah is trying to leigamise itself, appear as a real partner to the Palestinian cause.
By gassing N.Israel in the way discussed here they will shoot themselves in the foot as Israel will nuke the crap out of lebanon in revenge.

By flying a drone they can say 'oh look how great we are, we can penetrate Israeli airspace.' Its not the first move of anything major. Also Israel can blow these things out the sky with ease, there not a practical deployment system.

Seems like the israelis recieved a bit of shock and rightly so, these drones if used properly could cause considerable damage to civilians and military targets. I dont know what Hizbollah is saying by this act, but im glad the playing field is more even than i thought, and shows that Israel cannot walk all over people and get away it.

An unmanned drone evens the playing field how? Flying a little plane that you can probably purchase at the Hobby Bench into Israeli airspace is really gonna teach them a lesson. Like others here have said, a suicide bomber can do far more damage. But you're probably right, I think Hizbollah is trying to create an image that they can harness technology also, but they should probably stick to guerilla warfare.

Rockets and mortars can be tracked back to a point of origin based on simple geometry. A manuverable UAV can be launched and flown from anywhere. The perfect terror device. F16's are far too fast to track or shoot down UAV's.

Agreed. This shows that there are plans being made ready. Under secrecy, plans are developed. When you show your hand, plans are pretty much in place. This is bigger than it appears on the surface.

They sent one over Novermber last year. As you can see nothing happened then and nothing will happen now.

And how long did it take for the "pilots' of 911 to get through school. The world is not a TV show that gets resolved in an hour. It would seem so many these days can plan anything over an extended time period.

Israel is a country run by thugs and characterized by racism, ethnocentricism, religious intollerance, imperialism, and aparthaid. Day to day the Israelis are guilty of murder in all countries in the world, murder in Palestine, murder in Isreal of Arabs, torture, bribery in the USA, falsification of documents, false flag operations, and the illegal occupation of Palestine and holding the largest number of political prisoners of any country in the world. Israel is a place totally lacking merit on any level.

Among other things they fly drones over other countries. If Hesbullah overflys Israel, so what. If Hesbullah developes bio-weapons, so what. If Hesbullah developes nukes, so what-------oh yea, maybe they could do a deal with Israel for mutual dis-arming both sides. Hate to break the news but the next election in Palestine and the Zionist Entity will be dealing with Hesbullah directly.

Isreal is every bit a terrorit country. The first thing W. should have done was impose his "democracy" in Isreal. Second, he should have removed or destroyed their WMD capability. Third, he should have given them 24 hours to remove all presence in Gaza and the West Bank and stay out or all funding of Israel should have been cut off. Failing that, the USA should blocade and imbargo Israel until they start treating others like they too are human beings.

Any honest American leader could solve all Mideast problems in less than a week, Israeli problems in 24 hours.
