It seems they took off mention of the SKull and Crossbones off Wiki, they only mention the Pope's name, and dates on his coffin, and his 'papal
crest.'
What is interesting, though, was the dedication to the Pagan goddess Ishtar... First with the M for Mary on his coffin, and the small letter t for
tammuz on his crest (some people think it is a Pagan cross,
)
"In a break from tradition, Pope John Paul II requested that he be exempt from use of the elaborately embroidered red Papal Slippers, symbolizing
submission to the authority of Christ, normally placed on the feet of a deceased pope. Pope John Paul II instead chose to be buried in his favorite
pair of Polish-made brown leather shoes, which he wore on his travels throughout the world."
(hmmm...)
"the wish of Poles that John Paul II's heart be buried in Poland was not obliged."
(hmmm... seriously, what is the significance of a non-Italian Pope if his home country still gets no say)
And the most revealing of all, as JPII was being lowered into his tomb, "Those present sang "Salve Regina" or "Hail Holy Queen.""
The Holy Queen, aka Queen of Heaven, aka Daniel 11 : 38, "But he will honor the god of the Fortress in His place; and a god whom his ancestors knew
not, he will honor with gold, silver, precious stones, and desirable things."
The Pope's burial: Three bags containing gold, silver and copper coins were placed beside the body.
There is obviously more to this than meets the eye, thanks Matt.
