"God soldiers" blow up abortion clinics and gay and lesbian clubs and stuff that "God doesn't like"...

I am not certain "hate" would be the correct word to use, but that is a matter of semantics and not entirely important-- unless you feel it is.

Otherwise, the simplest reply I can think of would be :

Exd 20:13 does not say "we shall not kill".

First there is a fallacy in your question, it is not the same. "God Soldiers" are not in the position to know what is in the hearts of others. God is.

Second, your question is "why do Catholics hate..."
Assuming they do indeed hate, which I questioned in my first reply, it is because they do not live as they are taught to live. Which would not apply to all catholics, nor would it be limitted to only catholics.

why do they complain when they kill people in abortion clinics???

sometimes babies are in the buildings, maybe this is why???

but God killed MANY babies when He flooded the world...
