First there is a fallacy in your question, it is not the same. "God Soldiers" are not in the position to know what is in the hearts of others. God is.
Second, your question is "why do Catholics hate..."
Assuming they do indeed hate, which I questioned in my first reply, it is because they do not live as they are taught to live. Which would not apply to all catholics, nor would it be limitted to only catholics.
