I'm glad you found that there are no aliens out there... Ouf, actually, I mean, there are some and there are none. I'm explaining myself. We usually mean by aliens some races that are physical in origin and that tries to survive like human beings, but originate from other planets.
I'll answer your remark by referring to the Bible. Modern aliens are nothing else than ancient demons unleashed again in our world to pervert humanity. As Jesus said, the humanity, at the end of the world would be as before his incarnation, like in the time of Noah, in which time the angels (sons of God) had perverted human DNA by having children with women. This is why the flood was necessary. To preserve human DNA. This is why I said aliens are not physical and they also are physical. Angels are masters over every matter. I don't quite understand still how they could have a body, but it is clear from scriptures that they can have a body (as the encounter between Abraham and the two angels). The reason why people cannot detect alien presence is because they are not physical, they are angels.
I might tell you that everything people believe concerning extraterrestrials might be false even if these aliens told them everything directly because demons are good liers.
The aliens believers have only one century of study to support their beliefs, but the Bible and the Church has 6000 years of experience which is more in accordance to the facts concerning aliens. Believing in aliens instead of the Bible is like believing the theory of a new born child instead of a wise old man.

I found a site long ago and in there, there were story from christians who said they had encountered aliens (they believed in it), but the aliens (angels) were disappearing like the devil when these christian were calling the name of Jesus or Mary upon them. I don't know if I shoud believe them, but that web site just supported my arguments furter.
I want to tell any one of you (if you have or have not encountered an alien): don't believe them, they are liers. They are the deceivers and they want your soul.
If your want to learn more about aliens, don't follow the new-age believers. That belief system is a mix of lies. Study demonology instead based on a faith in the Bible and in Jesus. This is the only Truth you can know because there is no possible way of knowing some creature is telling you the truth if you don't SEE his love for you. and Jesus showed it by dying on a cross.
These spiritual being (demons) can even create feeling in your head or put images in your eyes to make you think they are as they show you they are. But you can't put confidence in anyone (I repeat it) that doesn't show you is real love for you. You have a right to be suspicious. Believe only those that doesn't want to get something from you or to enslave you or doesn't have personal interests but the TRUTH.
As St-Paul said 1900 years ago: if an angel would preach you another gospel than the one we have preached you, let him be anatheme (cursed or something like that).

I know that this fight is a word for word fight, so you believe who you want: the unprooved wrong Bible or the suspicious alien belief system.
