I guess my initial reply must have gotten lost when the server got hacked....

The tree in the top right corner gave it away. That and the fact that being made by Capcom narrowed it down.

Anyhow this one's pretty easy if you've seen the cover before. Sorry if it's a bit small though;

Not even close. I'll give a hint, it's a bit more up to date than SNES.
