At least seven Islamic militants have been killed during a two day gun battle in Saudi Arabia. The gun battle started on Sunday morning and sounds of gunfire and grenades were still being reported on Monday. All of the men killed were thought to be on the list of 26 militants that saudi authorities are known to be hunting in connection with suicide attacks on foriegners.
At least seven suspected militants are reported to have died in a two-day gun battle with Saudi security forces north of the capital Riyadh, officials say.

The shoot-out began early on Sunday and gunfire and grenade explosions could still be heard on Monday morning, according to witnesses.

State-run television interrupted regular programmes on Monday to air a statement by the interior ministry confirming that seven suspected militants had been killed.

At least one Arab nation is determined in the fight against terror. Where most countries would sit back and watch or even support the terrorists, Saudi (at the risk of more attacks) is standing upto this threat and have very succesfully either killed or arrested all but 5 of their 26 most wanted islamic militants.
