the 20 post seems very fair to me when you look at the broad picture and the downside of letting anyone U2U right off the bat.

It would be quite nice if we wouldn't have to post quite 20 times before we can U2U someone except staff. I find this as a hindrance as I signed up to the forum to be able to send someone a private message and I can't do it.
