I think its useless, I would like to have a positive answer but I wouldn't.
It's like Danny Burisch, if what he says is true, than he certainly is in the right to have a congressional hearing. But the senator don't allow it, he is aware of the govmnt official policy: denial.

First of all i am sorry for resurrecting this dead thread, but I am planning on sending in a freedom of information act request form for documents about 'The Zodiac Killer' does anyone know the proper authority's to contact ? I was thinking about going straight to the Vallejo police via phone/letter or email. So whom should i contact ? how do i go about it ?
