but say someone has epilepsy and comes online to this site and without warning this comes on

I was fooled, and therefor made very angry.

I just posted also....hubby had to leave the room as he has seizures....I'm one of those boring people that just doesn't get into the joke thing...but, that's just me. I'm sure there were, are others that thought it was just too cool

Exactly, didn't think that one through to well did they.

If it was an ATS prank, it was pretty poor idea really.

I loved Halloween, but that could have affected people medically.

I had just hit the post reply button. I do not beleive that my post got through. Now i am really angry!

That and all the Mods have the title "BANNED MEMBER" under their usernames. I was a bit shocked when I first saw Gazrok with that title. Then I saw all the other mods wearing it, that and I remembered the date.

Oh this is just great, another April Fools joke. Apparently when ever I type in m-o-d-s (minus the dashes) or m-o-d-e-r-a-t-o-r (minus the dashes) it converts those words into "federal board agents". It appearst that SO is having fun playing with the filters.

i've never seen a screne like that at all.
by the way gazrok has been on as korzag member since yesterday with a ton of ats points lol. i imagine all the other mods have been on with other names as well.in essence all they did was change the title moderator to banned member. it has been one of those days since as we all know no banned member shows a name

edit i would love to know how they pulled the trick of changeing m-o-d-s to mods it sould be just some kind of word substatution program but cool non the less

I'm epileptic, nothing like that has ever effected me before so providing whoever's on medication something like that shouldnt cause too much of a problem, 'screamers' however are worse cos theres shock involved in those!
