They are all stationary or fast moving ufo.
If it was a plasma beam, the ufos would know when and where
as part of the operation, no ET in danger because there are all humans
working in the program, after all they are riding on plasma and
most likely helped build the beam, if there was one.
See the many fast moving lights in other films, they look
like streaking lightning balls, million volt Tesla coil powered
craft.
UFOs pass on another all the time and group together.
No teather either, just a ufo in trouble flaring out a column
of plasma. The rest are going what's up.
Why would this one be a beam, they are all surrounded by plasma.
That how they make ball lightning in the laboratory with high energy
coils, now its surrounding the ships.

thanks for the info, i have heard that we use Tesla weapons now, but they arent available to the public. So, WHAT is being fired at the UFO?
It shows TWO flashes, then something being fired at the UFO and it was right where the UFO was, some people say that the two flashes are the flashes
of a lazer type weapon being fired off of two mirrors? i dunno? It just looks like theyre trying to shoot down a craft, do you think the craft is
benevolent?

There are flashes going off in many videos.
Its just none appear in that video until that one bright spot moves off.
Its just conjecture and baseless that a beam was shot to hit
a bright spot that moved away in time.
And that is the flaw of the beam weapon and why we have
self guided missiles.
The target and beam are never in the same spot.
Like reflecting laser off the retro reflector on the moon.
Never doing to happen, and don't need it to measure the
distance to the moon. And no one is ever going there.
See color pictures of the moon posted at ats, its green in a lot
of spots, think of the radiation from the Sun hitting it to make it
turn green.
