I need some help before i go to jail for nuking a public computer....

Ive been looking for a certain program called Desktop Toys.
i know that there r many "desktop toys" out there. but there is a certain one ive been looking for. ive found it, but its not in the format i need, and thats a zip file. i found it here (dtoy.rush68.net...) , but its an rar file in which i have never heard of. i cant download any rar program (like what winzip does for zip files), cause i dont have the net at my house, so i have to go to the library, and cause of that, i can only take floppy disks w/ me, which of course, have so very little space.
i was wondering if someone knows a site where i can download this program, thats a zip file, and of course, that can fit on a floppy.....

then you can open it at your house...

WinRAR can fit on a floppy... www.rarlab.com...

A floppy is 1.44mb, and None of the WinRAR packages are even close to that.

umm, even the CHEAPEST internet is only 10 bucks a month. 30 a month will get ya DSL. Why not just step up and leap into the 90s and get internet? Would solve all your problems
