If you dont think The Boy Scouts of America is a good org then what is???

The BSA would never be in favor of any sexual conduct between adults or kids, in fact in goes against the Scout law, a scout must be morally stright.

The BSA is a great org!!!

Boatphone, I am not saying that every single person in the Scouts is a paedophile, or was involved in the cover-up, but the fact remains that a cover-up was made. And not just one, but thousands of cases, over a period of twenty years. Did you actually read it? Here it is again just in case.

A California court case in the early 1990s revealed about 2,000 cases of sexual abuse of scouts and other boys that Boy Scouts officials had documented privately for two decades without telling law enforcement officials.

You obviously have never known anyone or had anyone in your family who has had their life destroyed by sexual abuse as a child. I am attacking the ball here, not the player. Way back when, the BS organization was started as a good organization, yes. But now it has a FESTERING CANCER within it, and cancer needs to be cut out and destroyed, not covered up and tolerated. Do you disagree with this??

I stand by my last post.

I agree that any person abusing childern must be put in jail forever. I do agree that some in the BSA are involved in this sick stuff. But on the whole the Boy Scouts of America is a good group and does good work.

I hope CA Boy Scouts are dealing with the problem.
