Y'know, I've been on the 'net for ... *thinks* ... almost 15 years now, and what I posted are the rules I try to follow when putting anything out in cyberspace. It makes me sick to see people who are probably 90lb nerds with glasses grow a set bigger than Alaska when they can hide behind a computer screen.
If FM wants to go on about the decline of society, he needs to realize that the biggest factor in that is the breakdown of communication between members of the human race.
Communication, not preaching or flaming or throwing threats from a keyboard.

I just wanted to clarify my position.

Just as soon as FM admitted he's a little snot-nosed 19 year old college kid who hasn't lived an ounce of a real life yet, I was able to find my happy place and disregard his repugnant statements on the basis that I have a 19 year old son myself...and stupid crap comes out of his mouth sometimes too. With that said...nothing that stupid though. Probably because he has a mom that will take the time to knock his teeth plumb across the room if he dared belch something that disgusting.

By the way, FM. Just to make a point, my son posts on this board. And he was on watching the crap you said to his mom. And he seems to have achieved a little higher level of manhood than you...in the same amount of years....and without climbing a mountain.

Now. Back to the main point of the thread. I hope Condi runs for pres RIGHT NOW. I'll vote twice for her. And then she'll work out how to set up the PROPER requirements so that women can fill support duties in the military and free good men to protect our freedoms.

Because - for instance on my situation - if you are to the point you are relying on a cryptologist that is holed up in an underground bunker - way behind your lines - to be the pivotal point in winning your battle or not - you've got a lot more to worry about than whether she could do 20 chin-ups.

...I have never seen a pic of Banshee...but for some strange reason reading DragonRiders reply gives me mental images of her, standing in the ring, with a crumpled opponent at her feet...flexing her trapezius muscles...and hissing a blood curdling

Personally I think that was more of a full nelson accompanied by a gentle line of enquiry for the referee.

It was very firm, and executed straight from the textbook, and certainly ought to have had the full attention of the other grappler, allowing little room to move or breathe.

But a spear would knock FreeMason into La-La land for six months...

You can go run off and imagine some "super sniper" winning the day like in "Enemy at the Gates" based on a true story and the Sniper was a man...not a woman....lol

The sniper's main roll is to strike mortally, hit critical points.

These critical points merely open up gaps for the Infantry or Armor to take advantage of, these gaps are not permanent.

The sniper is a small peice of Warfare.

Dragonrider, go back to whatever Military academy you came from....you obviously missed a lot.

The only question I have from this post is what threat to women pose to you. I mean "threat" in terms of ego and sense of self. No one is saying women are better or worse. Battle is no longer (and never was) just about brute strength. I don't understand where all this emotion came from that required you to poo poo women troops.
