I don't spend that much time on the net to have noticed too much but I would suspect that if they have nothing to do and no one to hangout with the internet is a place to go and chat/post with the chance of running into other drunk chatters/posters. Then before you know it, you have a party going on in cyberspace.

It may also help some others get the nerve to post or chat if they are very shy. I would think the bad thing is waking up to find out you posted that you are in love with a moderator or Simon!!!!

ps: note to the wise man, dont try to clean your trackball mouse from logitech after a frew drinks and dont take those lil ball bearings out cause they are so tiny then they fall into the carpet and you aint going to find them ever they are lost they might as well just been launched into space and to hell if i cam stick them back in those lil tinyslots so now the mouse ball makes a clackeytiy sound yeah

You should never touch the trackball, Lysergic. The oils on your hand make it much stickier and cause a lot more dust to catch on to it. And you should never play with ball bearings for the obvious reasons.

I think LadyV has given up on this thread, as have most others. Although, perhaps you are helping her to prove her point. Perhaps.
