Here's an idea. Go study math and science really hard, go to MIT or Cal Tech and get a few degrees, including aerodynamics, materials science and propulsion systems, and then apply for a job there.

Or go the easy route and build a jet car and get a famous atomic physicist to recommend you.

Dumb question but if you flew a drone over the airspace would it be possible to control it remotely through the web via some kind of VPN?

Isn't the whole point of a VPN to hide your location? How would they know where u were?
