The problem with all of this is it is VERY easy to track the location of a transmitter and receiver. I'm sure they would have thought of this, and
would have your location within seconds of receiving the signal.
Not to mention they could just jam the video feed so it doesn't reach you.
You would have to program it's flight path over the base, record it's findings, then return to a pick up point to extract the media from it. Any
transmissions from it, to you, or vice-versa would immediately give away both your position and the drones position.
Chances are they will notice the drone anyways, so when it returns to the determined landing zone, you would have to play the patience game, watch the
area to see if they are waiting for you to pick it up.
Essentially, a facility like that, I wouldn't try it. Too risky. I'd say theres a 95% chance you will get caught. Spying on restricted government
property can carry the penalty of being tried for treason.
On the other hand, if you do well enough, and are willing to sell out. They may offer you a job, lol.
I wouldn't have anything to do with it, I used to do similar things all the time, but I wouldn't touch this one at all.
