Racism can be held against any group based on their primordial identity, f.ex. blacks, jews, women. Sexism, as you benignly call it, especially in the intensity shown by freemason, is a form of racism.

They barely make good leaders in any work place, too emotional.

Not as in "cry cry" but they swing from left to right then up down then back and forth then in your face then they cry over the toilet....

Women were not meant to be "stagnant" they are flowers...blossoming with brilliant new colors each time...

If you were to cut out your Ovaries and pump yourself with testosterone (a very straitforward emotional response chemical), then you'd make better leaders.

Until then, face it...you have bad weeks at least once a month....

just imagine the same post about jews or blacks

You continue to dig yourself deeper.

To equate subjugating a woman to an irrelevant position in society with her having a "stable mate" is an atrocious and illogical statement.

Furthermore, short of a couple of people wanting to boil your balls in acid to produce rear-mirror ornaments, I have not seen (and have personally not engaged in) hostile, angry, or emotional behavior. I have simply resorted to calling an uneducated brainless wonder of a spade...a spade.

Ok, lets just lump whatever "it" is, into the biased catagory and just continue on with the decent discussion, shall we.

True Val,

Cleo did have a great ride (eh, hem) if we are to believe the more interesting stories that have been offered up about her life (though I highly doubt tales regarding barges filled with Nubian slaves... such a situation ((gangbang in modern parlance)) would almost certainly open her up to an easy assasination attempt... and there is no way someone in her position would put herself in so vulnerbale a spot).

As for Joan... Yeah, I guess she did the best she could.

Odd Valhall...last time anyone checked...it was not MY views that caused a 50% divorce rate in America.

It was not MY views that caused "broken-homes" gay adoption, and gaffers running through the streets.

It was not MY views that caused massive teen-crime, teen-pregnancies and teen-murder.

It was the views of the "feminists" and other forms of liberals, who sought to destroy the ideals I and so many other now muted Americans still stand for.

The "Stable-mated woman helping with house and always being with her younger children..." is what made SOCIETY great...

But then again...Liberals are more of zenophobes and would rather have individuality than society...favoring to be ignored in all their doings by everyone.

So really now...I don't see how you can think of "my little dream" as such a hell.

You've just yet to feel the good life...growing up in a "liberalized" world with no guidelines, no morality, and nothing stopping your daughter from being another statistic on teen-abortion rates.

Yeah....leave it to "feminists" just another example of "Female leadership".

uneducated brainless wonder

Hmm magically I'm "Brainless" because I'm conservative along the lines of "Victorian".

Well I'll make sure to have the child locks on just for you Valhall, because there won't be any gentlemen to open your car door.

FM,
I think that you're wrong in associating 'individuality' with liberalism, per say, as economic freedom/free enterprise is just as much a part of being an individual as the rights to express yourself in any way you want are. For instance, if you can have sex with whomever you want, or die your hair whatever color you want, but work at a job that was assigne to you by the state, with a cap on how much money you can make (as in a socialist system), are you really a free individual who is in control of their life???

Food for thought.

no dreams, I just couldn't think of a better word....

I guess "Isolation" would be better...or such

But my meaning is that Liberals at least their policies are very "anti-group-minded" it's all about the individual not the social group.

So you have a bunch of people doing what ever they want...shamelessly, and we all see where that's led us...*points to LA*

FM, First of all, DON'T change the subject.

Second...if you had taken just a couple of minutes to research you would find that you are talking to probably the most conservative woman on this board (Helen may have me on that one).

Third...you couldn't even fathom the GOOD upbringing **I** have had, and have imparted to my children.

Forth...you're a dip$h|t...the kind that has caused sufferagettes; women appealing for their right to own their own land; women appealing for their right to fair wages to support their children when left to fend for their own; and women appealing for fair consideration in jobs they are equally qualified for, to become extremist (which I have not) and militant (which I have not) because closed-minded ill-raised bigots like yourself tried to keep a monopoly on assets and wage-earning in a capitalistic, FREE society.

Yes, your world is a hell. When the men went off to fight World War II and the factories were left deprived of workforce, the women of this nation were given the chance (because it benefited the nation, not them) to step forward and give their part. When the men came back from that same war (the same war my father returned from) and were crippled, emotionally scarred, in need of rehabilitation, those same women continued to work, and support their families and not bail out on their familial commitments. And when the "man-force" returned, the women had had a taste of freedom. Of knowing they really could make their own way, or help in a common cause with their mate.

A BIG RESOUNDING SCREW YOU for not getting the worth of that concept.

When you find your little buck-toothed gal who is willing to stay bare-foot and pregnant and bring you a big cold ice-tea in your Lazyboy, please remember to share your utopia with us. Meanwhile, the rest of us...that is the educated folk in this forum, will continue to better the society we live in, give EVERY person their fair shake, and wipe our kids noses before going in public.

Wow.
With attitudes like those that abound on this thread, it's no wonder so many guys can't get laid.
I sure as hell wouldn't bang someone who has such a condescending view towards the opposite sex.

You're dillusional.

When the men came back "Those women continued to help support their men who were emotionally crippled and scarred ... " Paraphrased.

Uh no...reality-check.

When the men from WW2 came back, all they wanted was a job, the "good women" left work to make space in the work force.

Some refused to leave....but mostly most WW2 vets were pissed off that 16 year old kids had taken over their positions and stayed that way.

While labor was not really that short, where there were shortages in labor it was due to the "wartime workers" not moving over.

Wow Valhall you must feel so "honorable" to push your man out of a job so he can "rest his tired feet".

Sorry honey but men just don't work that way, our feet don't get tired...we're a "move over and give me the hammer" breed.

And again you're getting too emotional, far from capable of being a politician.

Probably why no one likes hillary, she's so "masculine" it's disgusting.

Girls should be girls and smile and be happy not become dudes, and suppress their emotions so they can take on the jobs we do, that require such.

A female president,
My votes for Jenna Jamenson

Or maybe china from WWF

But on the serious side, I think the women could make great leaders and have through out time.

this entire thread is flamebait. I must admit, FM, you're a master at stirring the pot. I wasn't going to bother to jump in, but since you mentioned her, how about Queen Victoria? she wasn't an actual govermental leader (she chose to have little involvement in politics), but it reminded me of the subject of queens. how about Catherine the Great, for example. since Cleopatra was brought up, google Nefertari instead. and Bodecea. how could I have forgotten her?
more recently, Indira Ghandi. I'd throw out more recent female leaders, but from Margaret Thatcher on, it'd be one big flame war due to issues of politics. history isn't far enough removed from them to have removed the emotions people project onto them.
now that I've dropped those historical tidbits, have fun. don't burn anybody too bad with those flamethrowers, kids

Actually "Bravos" TO MC.

I didn't even think of Victoria...nor Elizibeth I...and I'd consider Victoria still pretty "powerful in the government" the monarchy wasn't sapped that much yet.

I can now only raise the question if being "Born leaders" had any form of change on them? Versus running through an election process and only leading for 8 years at most.

Still I won't vote for a woman

No one has mentioned the "Iron lady" Margaret Thatcher, she certainly whupped the Argentianians during the falkland war.

Anyway a woman couldn't do any WORSE than the current crop of american presidents.

For the ATS record,
I was NOT being condescending to women,
I was ONLY making fun of Cleopatra, a long dead historical figure, who was said to be quite 'interesting'... No jokes aimed, there, at any modern woman....

(OIMD backs away, praying that this hasn't affected a certain other vote somewhere else on ATS)
