It looks nice and rosy but my guess is that it's a fake.
Some parts are just too perfectly flawed. I lean to the right but I don't support pure BS, no matter which way it leans.

Riiiigght. It's BS as far as I am concerned. How did this letter come to you, kitty?

NPR had a peice on the power situtation a few weeks back (anyone else catch that?) The gist of it: Iraqs power is now evenly divided among Iraq. While Baghad complains areas that would go without power, go without less often. It's being distributed evenly - used to be Baghdad would get all the power and the other cities would do w/ out.

They also had another story, more recently, about internet cafes in Iraq popping up!

That letter is BS to the max. Im almost inclined to look up the thing about MCI and NY to see for sure that its BS but im lazy.
