(Opps, I'm sorry. I thought I was replying to the email problem a couple of thread down.)

I had a similar problem. Check your anti-virus program. For some reason, AVG was saying that it scanned my mail and everything was delivered, but my email never got there. All I did was disable it and everything worked correctly.
