red warnings showing?

i noticed someone on another thread had under their avatar and name 2 red buttons that had WARN showing on them.

does that mean that person has been warned and are kind of on probation of some sort?

i read thru the board q/a and didn't see this referenced. if it HAS been please EXCUSE me.

you can click on warns to see why they got warned...

I got two warns for breaking one posting...go figure...
