Medical marijuana no longer coming to Mississippi: What you need to know

If state laws call for 5 districts petition, but only 4 exist, doesn't that invalidate the stipulation itself?

You would think so.

The courts are still on about this. There were other initiatives on the ballot that have been put on hold as well. It’s weird and annoying and I didn’t go to the protest they had. I mean … the courts already had it decided what they were going to do anyways.

It’s frustrating but I know one day it’ll be legal when the state gets money from it. All about that money ..
