Michael Brown Sr. and Ferguson, Mo., activist Tory Russell, the founder of the International Black Freedom Alliance, demanded $20 million from Black Lives Matter after revelations that the organization brought in $90 million last year.

Brown's son, Michael Brown Jr., an 18-year-old Black teen, was killed in a police-involved shooting in the city in 2014, prompting a wave of Black Lives Matter demonstrations. Despite the protest movement's massive haul, Brown said he received just $500.

So where is this 90 million being funneled to? Certainly not the victims of wrongful death by cops. $500 is all your life is worth to BLM?

Victims whose deaths raised millions for "the rich" (now BLM with their 90 million dollars) owe reparations to the victims they used and whose families grief they used to get rich. Like slave owners used slaves to get rich.

You mean that you don't think he deserves 20 million dollars for raising that church choir singer that was just on his way to his grandmothers house?

Essentially he is saying BLM kinda sorta started with his son, ergo where is my cut of the other 60 million in cash LEFTOVER from the over 90 million BLM received?

On some levels, he is likely correct but getting them to give it up is another matter, guess it depends on how much stink they make. I wonder where they sent the 21 million and who gets the 10 million-plus "operating expenses".

The Associated Press reported last month that Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, the umbrella organization for the movement, brought in just over $90 million last year and ended 2020 with more than $60 million in cash.

The group said it has committed $21.7 million to Black Lives Matter chapters and other Black-led organizations, according to the Associated Press, and several chapters were notified that they are eligible for a $500,000 grant through a spinoff called BLM Grassroots.



BLM chapters around the country banded together to reject the proposal in December though.

"Since the establishment of [Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation], our chapters have consistently raised concerns about financial transparency, decision making, and accountability," the group, which includes chapters in San Diego, Oklahoma City, and Chicago, said in a statement.


The chapters encouraged supporters to "donate directly to chapters, who represent the frontline of Black Lives Matter," while they decide their next steps.

After visiting his grandmother, he was going to help the handicapped, and from there he was going to do some charity work at the local animal shelter. He was a good boy!
