So the UAE and China have arrived now we await the arrival and deployment of Perseverance Rover due on Thursday 18th Feb , 7 minutes of terror hopefully followed by a successful landing and deployment.
To mark the arrival of their mission China have released this video of their space craft moving into orbit ready for their Grandstand view of NASA's set piece event , China will not deploy their rover until May or June.

It could be surface features although there are clouds on Mars so maybe.

Maybe its the camera setup, but to me it looks like the whole atmosphere is cloudy-at 8-9seconds you can see the thickness, and it looks cloudy.
Plus you can only see the very big craters-Is it a planet wide dust storm maybe?

Other NASA images I have seen always looked redder-but maybe thats false colours.
This Chinese one looks like a true colour image as we can see the space craft appears to be in true colour.

It will be interesting to see more from this craft.

These are pretty low res cameras aimed more at checking the equipment in flight so the quality isn't up to much, which explains the lack of colour. Expect the 'proper' cameras to show much more detail and colour.

Pretty sure the clouds there are surface features (possibly Arcadia Planitia?).

This thread has done some identifying of features:

By way of contrast, here's a first image taken by the UAE's Hope probe a couple of days earlier:
