Just a question that has been on my mind. In my state dead beat dads pictures and ads can be seen on billboards statewide. Is it legal to also use these same billboards to make sure communities are aware that child sex offenders are in the area?
Can a group of people post fliers at apartment communities where these offenders live?
There really is'nt enough info available to the average person. Most poor people do not own a computer, or even have access to this info from the justice system they look to for protection.
After searching my area and finding that there are more than sixty offenders in my area..i'm thinking that folks need to be aware of this.
The fact is unless you dig for information...its never found.
How can people do more to expose these people and help protect the children without getting into legal trouble?
Thanks in advance.

Where are all the voices??? Does this issue not matter?
There should be groups of people world wide exposing these free criminals. Who will help to protect the children if noone taps this subject?
I WILL!!! Legal issues is the advice I ask for...
