What if there is no democrat or republican party and they have becme one and the farce is they play this game of elections and slinging mud to just keep us divided to keep us thinking we are actually in control and our votes count but in reality its all fixed and we have no control. The reason they keep playing this game like we don't actually live under one party control is to keep us paying taxes and supporting the government and they need our children for fighting their wars. What if it is all a big joke and the jokes on us?

What I am trying to say is we already live under a dictator, we just have a phony government to make us believe we are not. Its all a joke, there is no democracy, the illusion of one is just a front for the ones in charge. As long as they keep us fooled then we will join the military believing that we are serving our country, and as long as they can keep us fooled we will pay our taxes so it serves their purpose to keep us believing in a democracy.

in the politicians defense, how else could it have ended up? the parties separations make little to no sense... if they did, then democrats would be pro life and republicans would be pro choice...

it seems the american people liked the idea of preserving life that hadn't been born, but was rather happy with sending thousands of grown adults off to die in a war against terror/for oil ...made for an easy win, vs a tiebreaker...

a close election is what both sides fear the most... makes for difficult times in the country morale department...

A system that generates 5-7 strong parties and independent delegates with effective representation in Congress and the Senate would yield a better USA than the obsolete electoral system and most inefficient and corruptible democratic process as it exists today.

I think it would be good if the Democrats' ideas are relegated to the dustbin of history and the Libertarian party rises so we have a two party Republican/Libertarian system.

Another scary idea. For the US or any other country doing the same, and of course the NWO would'nt be too far a thought from that thought, i.e.: One Party - Russia/USA/China. All three with defense weaponary ability to kill all other nuc countries ability to launch or detonate any nulear weapons.

Democrat/Republican is the same thing as far as forign policy and the domestic policies are basically the same..'USA' is a sham democracy, it's controlled by a power structure, the people who are in congress/senate all have to join either the D or R party as soon as they enter politics from the level of county clerk or city hall, if they don't join and commit to it's ideology of racism, war mongoring, corruption; they will never get anywhere in the American political system.

In America you "buy" the job you wish to have with, loans, grants, etc.. for schooling. "Remeber you pay the goverment back with intrest."

In a Communist regiemn you are told what job you will do and recieve the pay they feel fits your job grade. for example" Laborer 15hr Doctor 35hr and so on and so on"

Really look at this scenario, Is thier actually any diffrence???

Buy a job from the goverment to make "X" amount of money Or be told what job to do and make "X" amount of money!!!

Yes, we in America have a one party system, disguised as a two party system. In that respect, I rather admire the parlimentary system, wheer partied have to form coalitions, and adapt some of the other parties viewpoints.

I'm not sure how it happened, but somewhere along the way we've become a nation of sheep. Most of us have swallowed the party line as smoothly as a strawberry milkshake. We expect everything to be done for us. I call it the Fast Food Mentality. Everything is so fast in our "modern" society that we want "experts" to do our thinking for us, commentators to analyze politics, social issues, election campaigns, sports, the weather two weeks from now, financial consultants to "guarantee" our wealth...man could I go on and on.

We are a nation of voyuers as far as I'm concerned. Sometimes I think we've had so much "canned" information at our fingertips, we cannot even think for ourselves. The brain is like a muscle...use it or lose it. I guess that's why I'm proud to call myself a goat. I just refuse to be a sheep and follow the masses. We all have the ability to seperate the wheat from the chaff, so I see it as coming down as the individual either accepting their responsibility to take the time and burn the mental candlepower to make themselves aware of what is going on and figuring out why it's going on.

Until we elevate ourselves as individuals, it doesn't matter how many parties we have, the outcome remains the same.
