Hi all, I've just discovered this forum and thought I'd say hi, and share my experiences.

The only things that I have ever experienced that are out of the ordinary are as follows. I wonder if anybody has ever heard of any of these?

In the spring, I suffer from almost total insomnia. After a few weeks, I can see vague purple outlines around people for a few minutes now and then. Only people, not other objects. Some people seem to have a denser color than others. It passes quickly and only happens now and then. I have no idea what this means.

When I was between the ages of 7 and 9, I suffered migraines. On many evenings, I would lie in my bed late into the evening and I could hear morse code in my head. It passed and has never happened since. I started to try to learn morse code, but I only learned a few letters before it passed. I never understood a single letter, as the morse was quite fast.

The only other thing that happens to me that is out of the ordinary is this: At work, I keep my mobile phone on my desk. When a message comes in, the screen lights up for a few seconds, then turns back off. I recieve about 5 messages a day. I open my desk drawer every couple of hours to look at it. Several times a day, I'll think "Have a look at the phone" and I'll open the drawer and the light on the phone will be on, meaning there's a message. I don't open the drawer that often, but 3 out of 5 times, the light is still on from the message which has just arrived. Wierd, it's almost as if I can subconciously feel the phone recieving the message. I'm pretty sure there's not audio or visual clues. Wierd.

Anyway, I thought I'd say HI and that I'm happy I found this excellent forum, there's some great reading material here.

Hi Zzub......Welcome to ATS.

Geez, for some reason, that name looks so familar to my screen name that I had for my characters on B.net back in my "glory days" of playing Diablo I and II: Buzz

Enjoy your stay.

How brave of you to 'immediately' share your expeiences with us

I'm no expert and what I'm about to tell you only holds real meaning for myself and anyone who might relate-

*Springtime is called the season of change, according to doctors/psychiatrist and such..and I do believe this, as most changes-drastic ones-we make do fall in the spring time(particularly April) for it is also a great time of awareness..a time when most find it easy to become intune with certain things/gifts. Even witches use this time to cast spells(if you believe in spells and witches)

So this could be why you go through changes from within? And why they seem strongest then. The outlines you are seeing/sensing around people could be their aura or your own that is casting upon them, purple is *suppose* to be the colour of high spirituality or anything to do with spirit.

Sometimes we have *flash backs* of a previous life, not all people believe this or even believe in past lives, but I stand my ground and believe it never leaves our soul, therefore it would be more then possible for us to recall, see or dream about it. This could be why you suffered the severe headaches and picked up morse code?

You have a great gift of instinct. This is why when you 'feel' something you check to be sure what you are feeling is *real*..this is your own personal validation into learning and becoming closer to your spirit/abilities..there is no magic really, it's in us all only some wouldn't care to use it/learn from it. When we feel something and know something from some place within us that seems *questionable* we first use the logical side of us to figure it out, but sometimes the logical side can overcome the side that is trying to pull from within us, the side where logic is even illogical.

Best I can say to you is..listen to that side or part of you calling out from within...there is alot to be delved in and learned there

Hope this has helped some..welcome too btw..

Yes, it has helped. Although these things aren't fantastic in any way and have definately never been a problem as such, they are things that are personal to me and my own experiences. It's nice to hear the thoughts of others on it, as I've never felt the need to tell others about these things.

>>sometimes the logical side can overcome...

This will stick in my head. I have logical explanations for these things (hallucination from sleep deprivation, fillings picking up signals, and extremely subtle clues from other electronic equipment) which the scientist part of my brain immediately thinks of, but the back of the brain always questions.

Thanks again
