Indeed it can, from all who exhibit it.

However, my prediction is Biden’s inauguration goes ahead with only mumbles and stumbles from the man himself. No Trump led mass arrests. No military coup. No aliens. No Ark of the Covenant. No EMP. Nothing much outside but cameras and the soft creaking of jackboots. Nothing much to see here I’m afraid. All quiet on the Western front.
