Portland Mayor Concedes Crack down on Most protest-related crimes unlikely in near Future

What? So just why would this former Eagle Boy Scout come out and even say something like this. Its almost an open book invitation towards all hell raising.

Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler continued Monday to decry protest-related vandalism in his city and elsewhere around the state but conceded police and politicians are currently ill-equipped to effectively crack down on the activity. “We’re seeing this larger trend of criminal destruction taking place not just in Portland — it’s happening in Salem and Eugene, just last week it happened in Tigard — and the tool kit that is available to law enforcement is limited,” Wheeler said in an interview with The Oregonian/OregonLive. “It’s insufficient and it’s imperfect.”

[1] Is he really that stupid? In my opinion, NO.

[2] Is he really that corrupt? In my opinion, NO.

[3] Or, is he setting up a False Flag to draw out law abiding others whom will strive to protect their life, family and property? In my opinion, POSSIBLY.

[4] Or, is he reaching out for help from all those law abiding USA citizens as a result of [see below] In my opinion he could be reaching out for HELP.

He does go onto say much much more but what is up with him? Especially after he was in a restaurant several days ago with a private party and he was accosted by what appeared to be ANTIFA. He ended up getting punched in the face.

The scary thought is maybe he's wanting to get some UN peace keepers to help with the issue.

And there are how many Troops in DC right now? It just goes to show that they pick and choose what they allow to go down. Are they just going to let them completely decimate Portland and hope that they'll just move along afterwards? I do not understand how it is fair to the law abiding, property owning citizens that this is allowed to continue. They'll come for him before it's all over and at this rate, they probably should. He's a coward and he sold out his constituency to virtue signal and bargain for his own safety in this mess. Clock is ticking.

Of course they won't be prosecuted. They all voted for Biden, they are the politically correct.

Edit: I believe it was the governor, but when protesters finally headed for his house, he had police block multiple access points into his neighborhood AHEAD of the protest and even had to "evacuate" his 14 yo daughter for her safety, but let rioters roam freely in the city for months?

I too live in the cities and the amount of crime being withheld from the public is large. It was blatantly obvious how dim witted the leaders were during the riots but just when you think they couldn’t get any dumber another day dawns.

It is laughable that the same leadership will call in the national guard to guard the capital before the inauguration but also allowed a police station to be abandoned and drug their feet on calling them in when city was burning. I am glad I quit my job in downtown in July to get out of that dumpster fire. If I could convince my wife to move away I would in a second

Trump did offer help and he was called a Fascist sending in his jackboots... It is hilarious how many of those liberals are leaving the city. They are increasing my house value minute by minute, so I hope they keep it up for a few more years...I don't think I need to hope on something that is a guarantee.
