No it is not the precedent. So far there have been a handful of voter fraud cases uncovered during the 2020 election, in various states--somebody voting in the name of their deceased spouse or their daughter, etc. They've all been reported, investigated, and prosecuted where the local authorities think they have a case. This one will be treated in exactly the same way.

The numberer 2020 appears to be a bit lower than an average year. The conservative Heritage foundation has tried to do an accounting of voter fraud in the US at their website:

Their records, which span the 38 years from 1982 to 2020 contain a total of 1308 confirmed cases of voter fraud, which averages to about 34 per year. For 2020, they only show 15. Considering that there were an estimated 161 million voters in the 2020 election, either estimate would point to less than 1 voter in a million committing fraud.

One of the charges is unlawfully assisting people voting by mail. We'll see how many she assisted

You do realize you can be one person and something that results in multiple votes?

This lady was essentially vote harvesting. Basically paying people to vote. Democrats are masters at this tactic. Find a bunch of old people drooling on themselves and drag them to the polls to vote for Democrats. After all, you don't have to prove competency. This is why so many "voter drives" always lean left and Democrats push stuff like motor voter registration, no IDs to vote, etc. It is about quantity, not quality.

So while she may be 1 person convicted of fraud, she might have delivered hundreds or thousands of votes.

Obviously this arrest is conclusive evidence that the election was stolen, no matter what the entire congressional body says. Time to throw it all out and give the President back his digital microphone so he can announce his plans to unpack and resume his duties in the oval office whether the Supreme Court likes it or not.
