SAN ANTONIO, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – A woman has been arrested in connection to alleged election fraud and illegal voting, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Wednesday. According to Paxton, Rachel Rodriguez of San Antonio was “exposed in a Project Veritas video” ahead of the 2020 election regarding vote harvesting and acknowledged what she was doing was illegal.

Rodriguez is accused of election fraud, illegal voting, unlawfully assisting people voting by mail and unlawfully possessing an official ballot, according to Paxton. She could face up to 20 years in prison if she is convicted.

Is this the beginning of the arrests?? Could this change anything?

She should be set free since it wasn't enough to change the election.

Isn't that the precedent set atm?

That's not evidence of election fraud. I figured I would get that out of the way for the left leaning folks on this site.

I don't care if it changes anything with the election or not. Every single person that commits voter fraud, for any party, needs to be prosecuted.

"acknowledged what she was doing was illegal."

So, what's with the alleged? Is it just media speak?

No, it's legal speak, she needs to be charged and then convicted for it to no longer be alleged.

LMAO.

So,
PROOF!!!!! There had to be, for her to be arrested, correct?

So, proof there was fraud.

Not that I didn't believe, since I live in MI, and it happened here, but where are all those on this site that said absolutely not?
