how do i become a Writer-scholar

Hi if any of the mods,super mods, writers, scholars, or a mix of both are reading this it would be kind of you to help me with a little thing i want to know how or who would i have to speak with to become a writer and a scholar so if you have any info please post it thanks for your time.
