The irony is the democrats are in the same situation.

Their leaders are starting to do things that turn their stomachs, but they're afraid to get rid of them because they're afraid the republicans would capitalize on it.

They're caught between two bads.

Only now waking up to begin to realize that their victory over Trump was not a victory at all. It was a victory only for those who have betrayed them from the inside.
