70TB of Parler users’ messages, videos, and posts leaked by security researchers

Isn't it interesting in the article, they are described as hackers, but in the title they are described as security researchers?

You know that characterization is a complete lie. The vast majority of Parler users did not do this, but their private driver's license or other private information were revealed as well by these "security researchers".

Imagine if your bank encouraged "security researchers" to do the same to you, because it was looking for the handful of money launderers holding accounts?

But as stated, if you make violent threats against the government (and we've certainly seen a good bunch of that from the right here at ATS as well), you best be careful, and best not be surprised when it comes back to haunt you. I just read this news article. People are doing a lot of self incrimination. Smart people don't take a video of themselves doing something possibly illegal and then posts it online.
