This is a well known published medical journal study which if you know how to read it and what you are reading you will understand it is talking about a completely different virus. There are many different strains of Coronavirus or Covid the reason ours is called Covid-19 is because it means literally
Co=corona vi=virus d=disease and 19 because it emerged in 2019 its official scientific name is SARS-COV-2. I honestly only skimmed the second set of paperwork you scanned but it appears to be a plan to tackle the likely possibility that more zoonotic diseases like the one they were describing and MERS would develop and how to identify them before they got to the human population.

The best analogy I can give you is they have turned RNA into versatile, easy to change, computer coding on a flash drive.
They can make Covid-19 in ten minutes if you really wanted to see it. It’s Just implied that when they unexpectedly got that bat Cov to attack the lung cell in the Op, Covid-19 was born. Or if it’s Covid-18 3/4 actually rolling around, we can whip up that pure 19 for ya right now. And bc they made a more viral Cov with their GOF waiver, in the ops experiment, they also lied through their teeth to get the Durc waiver and keep going on exactly what bill Gates funded NIH to achieve.

You should see the mountains of detailed but straightforward RNA and Genetic code coming out of the colleges into the internet. It’s not good. This time, this is not good.

2008
The CRISPR/Cas 9 system was first exploited by Danisco in 2008. The company used it to improve the immunity of bacterial cultures against viruses and many food manufacturers now use the technology to produce cheese and yoghurt.

AND THEN the college in my OP got $9 Billion to exploit the sh#t out of this tech and make it dum dum.

Oh and yes they did say please let us keep doing this research bc if we don’t get ahead of it, there will be a pandemic. They literally said that for 20 years, got billions through scaring everyone that if they didn’t work they couldn’t prevent a pandemic. And I can clearly see they played the sh#t out of us now that I’m reading this and we’re a year into ZombieLand

Christiane Walch-Solimena
As an organization dedicated to fundamental research, the Max Planck Society (MPG) is committed to pursue issues at the very frontiers of current knowledge and bears a special re- sponsibility to critically evaluate novel scientific developments. Such assessment includes both the scientific potential as well as the risks that may be faced if the scientific findings may be put into practice one day in the future. To this end, the MPG Ethics Council has been asked to assemble a working group
to outline and discuss questions arising from a revolutionary technology that in recent years has opened up unforeseen opportunities in the manipulation of genes and genomes: the CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing and genome engineering technolo- gy. This programmable nuclease represents the most recently developed molecular tool used in genetics and has been harnessed as a versatile, precise and powerful technology that is applied not only to modify genes (e.g. correct mutations, introduce mutations, or cut and paste genetic information in
a genome) but also their expression. However, this report will equally address, as far as possible at this early stage, potential risks which may result from a potential implementation of this new technique and the legal as well as ethical considerations concerning this new technology and its potential applications.
While advances in the use of the CRISPR-Cas9 technology have revolutionized the field of genome editing research,
intense controversies have emerged around some of its applications.

Thus, first experiments in human embryonic cells have been performed already since 2015 in China1 intended to correct certain disease-causing mutations.

ABOVE THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT THE EXPERIMENT IN THE OP, LOTS OF COUNTRIES IN MULTIPLE LANGUAGES POSTED ONLINE HOW SCARED THEY WERE ONCE THEY REALIZED WE GAVE UNC AND CCCP GOF, DURC WAIVERS, and 9 Billion BC THEY PINKY SWEARED TO ANYONE WHO ASKED THEY WERE NOT GOING TO CREATE NEW VIRAL ENTITIES.
And they made viruses even before the oversight people left the room

These publications have set off discussions throughout the scientific community and beyond about the ethical and safety implications of this research. An International Summit on Human Genome Editing focused on the future of human genome editing and convened by the US National Academy of Medicine, the UK’s Royal Socie- ty and the Chinese Academy of Sciences in December 2015 voiced the need for an ongoing global forum. Statements on ethical and societal questions of genome editing, also cover- ing other application areas have followed since then, e.g. by the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities2, the German National Academy of Sciences (Leopoldina)3, the US National Academy of Sciences4, the Nuffield Council on Bioethics5 and others. The discourse on the use of genome modification technologies, in humans as well as in other organisms, is complicated by the fact that these are already directly or indirectly regulated while these regulations differ in the scientific and legal cultures concerned.

That is the most ridiculous aspect of this entire ordeal.

"We need to enhance the contagiousness/durability/lethality of these viruses so that we can better learn how to fight them"

o_O

History is replete with examples of mankind tampering with nature "with good intentions" and to "help get ahead of the problem". It used to be limited to introducing exogenous species into ecosystems to combat undesirable pests (e.g. cane toads in Australia during the 19th century), and then acting baffled when their well-intentioned project went off the rails and disrupted nature's balance. We've one-upped that and gone directly to engineering increasingly deadly pathogens "for research and study purposes"

It was the easiest way to openly report on it, not have the public be alarmed, and get all the money and time and brightest minds work on it...

It gets worse unfortunately.

Mix this kind of genetics with AI and Quant... yea, its a problem.

When really smart people act really dumb or odd, its fear, and i have reason to believe this tech is the Bigger Fish.

Looking at all the information I can find, the COVID seems to be more of a marker to follow human movements, not primarily as a killer.
It seems to mainly kill people who have existing pulmonary issues. So, it is a non-primary killer, then what is the intended purpose other than tracking movement of a population that can be disguised as the Flu-A or Flu-B?
We have already tracked it back to China. China is not so stupid as to make COVID and not already have a vaccine...unless in their testing it was found to be so non-deadly as deaths would be inconsequential and blamed on the yearly flu outbreak.
Which brings the question of why it was released. America was on the biggest economic upswing in generations. Was it done as a distraction to destroy the Trump economic model, which was showing the Democratic-Socialist ideals to be worthless?

Just why are they installing 100,000 satellites? 2 years ago it was 20,000 then it was 42,000 now 100,000. And are there laws that govern outer space? not according to one attorney I asked.

Bill Gates in his 2015 Ted Talk casually mentions that if a virus were to go viral satellites available to track people's whereabouts and cell phones a tracking mechanism.

Thinking of the time line...

remember back in December of 2019, when an Asian woman grabbed at the Pope's hand as he passed near, pulling him toward her, and he slapped at her hand and yelled at her, pulling back, seemingly horrified.. ??

Many of us wondered.... wth??

Wondering now.. how much, if anything, the Pope, and other country leaders, knew of the 'impending' emergence of Covid even then? Several months before the required 'social distancing', masks, etc etc...

No mental hurdles here----let me clearly state this
I don't trust China one bit

BUT this whole thing is like the beginning of Captain Trips in the Stand. Its not a conspiracy that released it. It was likely a accident.

The lab and the proximity make sense. So to me...its no conspiracy for China to be putting out misinformation and doing the old CYA game. Trying to supplant the US doesn't work when your country unleashed a plague upon the world.

I'll give you this much if China released a virus to devastate the world?
They didn't pick one that performs very well in that respect. But that
could mean any number of things. May be they used the best they had.

And it's been a complete failure in comparison to what the media
sensationalized. The way they report it we should all know some one
who has died. Instead of not only do I not know any one who has died
from corona. I don't know anyone whos gotten more than a G-D
cold from it. Nor do I know anyone who knows anyone who has died or
even went to the hospital over corona. Which makes me suspect of the
two I know that got diagnosed? And nobody I know knows anybody either.

And I have had plenty of time to check No where can I find in reality
what they're pushing in the narrative. But I'm a wacko nut job because
of what is right in front of me. How do people get around what they're
seeing? And just blindly walk off the edge because science? If that's the
case Fauci could tell me to stick a fire hose up my ass. And crank it full
blast because corona I better do it. Not to mention Fauci? C'mon are you
kidding me? Get someone else that isn't a reminder of a sadistic little sh#t
NAZI quack like Mengele. Can we please!

And I'll tell you something else. The bombastic over the top reporting on
this disease from day one seemingly in celebration. Is big time responsible
for creating a an atmosphere that causes people to immediately balk. The
way we see it if it isn't a total stroke me? It might as well be.

Instinct leads me to agree with this, but reality suggests otherwise. Covid is either rice in China as it is nearly everywhere else, or it is not. It appears not to be. So then the question should be, why is China not suffering.

Also, recently, a Chinese official said that Covid-19 broke out in multiple places around the globe at the same time. He was seeking to distance China as the actual source, but just think about that statement. How would that be possible unless it was deliberately released in multiple locations?

One thing this has shown, though, is you don’t need bullets or bombs to win a war. China are ruthless, the world is big, they have a large population. You do the math.

China almost wholly owns and controls what comes out. Part of the reason we had cause to not trust their numbers was people started snooping about and started doing math on body bags being delivered versus the claimed infection.

Iran did the same thing but not being a technically savvy meant people found images of their mass graves

Turkey is trying to same misinformation game.

Russia is disagreeing as best they can with the powers that be

China might have created the antidote though...and sat on it. If the CYA game is afoot its perfectly plausible to sit back on a overall non lethal virus and watch it destroy economies. I read a lot of fiction though
