So, accepting the electoral results and asking the nation to come together is cause for rebuke?

Because he "abandoned" Trump? If Trump had any legal standing to challenge this election whatsoever, he's already tried it all and failed. He lost, get over it. Like your Congressman rightly did.

Do you seriously think for one moment that "the nation is going to come together" under a Biden/Harris administration?

No, I don't. Trump divided this nation possibly beyond repair. But a hope for unity you consider a bad thing?

I think maybe you need to rethink your idea of civic duty, not I.

Trump didn’t divide this nation, you America hating Leftists did.
No wonder we have a toilet paper shortage, you guys have been so butthurt the last 4 years, your A-holes are the size of the Holland tunnel.
Your boy Biden will fix things though eh?
Delusions as usual.

Trump supporters are advocating for the overthrow of our Republic.

Trump actually did NOT divide this nation beyond repair.

People who did not like him and could not accept the results of the 2016 election did.

Own it.

Now you want those who have been called deplorable, irredeemable cultist Trumptards for 4 years to suddenly hold hands with your side and say everything is going to be all right?

NOT happening.

That would be just like a wife getting back together with her abusive husband.

As for "civic duty", I am VERY aware of what that is, both as a military Vet and what I do locally.

So nice try at a dig, but an abysmal failure on your part.

Nah
Just the overthrow of the treasonous, anti-American Democratic Party.

I'm brief in discussions that aren't interesting or worth much time, I guess.

Usually, I do go on. Takes time to present all the facts.

Nah. I'm not a fan of party politics, but the rights of the People to gather as they wish is assured in Amendment I.

The only treason or sedition I see is from Trump and his allies.

I don't get it. Didn't Arkansas go to Trump and the Republicans? Westerman signed onto the SCOTUS Texas law suit, which got tossed. What more could your guy do?

That's what I thought...he was one of the 126 ???

It seems to me that Westerman acted for something he believed in, (thanks to the piece of Trash called Trump, who really doesn't give a feck about anybody but himself) and the 126 lost.
Now we have an OP from a keyboard Ninja, talking in tongues....to himself. Bless!

So, in short, Representative Westerman stood up for the Constitution and opposed those trying to steal the election for Trump?

Good man. Seems to be offending the right folks.

Trump started a trade war that has furthered their interests and weakened ours.

He traded endorsement of the One China policy for trademarks for his business.

And he owes the Bank of China 211 million in a couple years.

Don't try to pretend that Trump doesn't have any of the stink of Chinese collaboration on him.

Trump didn't start this trade war, as I have already stated. Trump saw what China had been doing all of these years and decided to stop the pillaging at this point. China has been buying up this nation one lot at a time, literally. I'm not going to start another paragraph here just out of spite. You need to back up with links what you claim. I'll just do what you do and say, I heard Trump doesn't own any property in China and the only debts he owed were paid off when he abandoned any dealings with COMMUNIST China. You prove your assertions first and I'll edit this afterwards.

Straight off Newsmax.

I disagree with virtually everything you've said. Unfortunately, Trump's trade war is not your topic ... you wanted to gather kudos for standing up to your Congressman (who seems like a decent fellow, I linked his website above.)

You?

Nah. Frankly, you're just boring. No offense. I do like your Congressman though. Solid Republican fellow.

Below is the letter I sent to my congressman.

I would like to personally thank you for voting against the stimulus bill. As written it has little to do with the will of the American people. This widespread pork has got to stop. I have little doubt that, the money for gender studies in Pakistani, will wind up is a black opps campaign somewhere. Lying is not what the people of Tennessee want.

Again thank you for you bravery and remember we have your back.
