He has talked about this plenty. Having the US returning to the Paris Climate Accord will be his first EO.

I get that many people here think that Biden is a China puppet. I think that in a way Trump has given the US and in a way Biden a great starting point on how to negotiate with China in regards to trade. I do think that hyper globalization and China unfair trade practices had cause the US great economic harm. It will be hard for me to see Biden sweep in and reverse all the actions taken under a Trump administration without China making some serious concessions.
