Need help verifying a poltergiest in my house.

Maybe someone you know who recently passed is trying to get your attention? 2 years after my best friend passed things always seemed different when comming home from school, like my bed lining would be all over the place, cd's would be on the floor, and oneday a whole shelf of stuff including books records and a computer keybourd had been pulled out and scattered over my floor. this happend about six months ago and since then i have met my best friend again
