Do you see the bar the the top that has "video", "top", "new" etc? To the right, there's a little down arrow. Click that, and then click "account" on
the new bar. Scroll down to the email section. It tells you which email account you're using, and gives you the option to change it to a new one.
I'm not 100% positive about this reply but a quick check shows that you signed up for ATS via a social media account. I believe, due to this ( ATS not
having an email address to begin with ), you will be unable to add an email address now.
Try using the Contact ATS feature. Doing so will allow you to send a request for clarification /
help directly to the owners and admins.
