U.S. Supreme Court Rejects Republicans Bid To Halt Joe Biden’s Pennsylvania Win

I honestly don't know what people expect at this point. Trump lost. It's done. There's no going back.

The Supreme Court has rejected Republicans’ last-gasp bid to reverse Pennsylvania’s certification of President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the electoral battleground.

The court without comment Tuesday refused to call into question the certification process in Pennsylvania. Gov. Tom Wolf already has certified Biden’s victory and the state’s 20 electors are to meet on Dec. 14 to cast their votes for Biden.

In the request, U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly, a Butler Republican, and Republican congressional candidate Sean Parnell said most of those who voted by mail in Pennsylvania should have had their votes disqualified. That would have given the state to President Donald Trump.

What is this? Lawsuit loss number 51 by Trump and his allies? What next from here? Biden has already been certified by the majority of electors at this point. Biden's win was more than triple that of Trump's win in 2016 for the rustbelt states. Republican governors are at the point of even ignoring phone calls from the President given this issue is done with.

If that's the case, then they should waste little time striking down the suit filed by Texas AG that was placed on the Supreme Court docket today... I mean, if there's no case, then why have that one on the docket, unless its going to be heard... Maybe they considered the PA case to be redundant with the Texas filing, so instead of numerous cases, just handle all the states in question at once

I think U.S. District Judge Linda Parker hit the nail on the head , it isn't about winning anymore.

ETA: this is not even about trump, this is about the rule of law and the state of Penn ignored the law for reasons.... at this point we now have precedent for governors to just ignore the law, and ignore the state consitution.

What? A record number of cases are being thrown out in record time due to lack of evidence? That's fine this is all a plan to get to the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court is refusing to hear the we were hyping up? No worries we actually meant that case over there is the one to watch.

There's less than a week before electors vote. Trump keeps getting handed defeats and his own appointees and allies are saying they've seen no evidence of fraud. At what point are you going to realize the is no grand plan and Trump has just been fleecing his supporters to help pay his debts?

Soooo, why did they add the case to the docket today then? Granted, Trumps up against a lot of forces who are trying to steal this election from him, so its still likely a long shot, but to call us delusional, after your side pushed the russia hoax for four years in beyond laughable.. The state changed it a few days before the election (in regards to mail in voting) bypassing the legislature (as I read it), that is not ok and should never be ok ignore the political parties.

If republicans did it, then the democrats should sue over it, at this point what reason is their for a state legislature?

It should be ruled on, even if they do an ultra narrow ruling (avoiding election results) to prevent this kind of shenanigans again.

Extremly disapointed that they didnt slam this time of behavior into the ground.

If Bill Barr hasn't seen it then it's safe to assume it aint there because he's been properly looking.
