DeKalb Co, GA Can't Prove Chain of Cust. for All Absentee Ballots From 300 Drop Boxes

A Georgia newspaper filed an open records request for absentee 'drop box' ballot transfer forms with various GA counties and all but DeKalb responded. DeKalb responded that it cannot produce these critical forms.

DeKalb County responded to an Open Records Request from The Georgia Star News to produce the ballot transfer forms that formed the critical chain of custody link in the absentee ballots deposited in the near 300 drop boxes in the state and transported to county election offices in a letter received on Friday that said the county did not know if such records exist.

The Georgia Star News filed an open records request on Tuesday for all “ballot transfer forms” from the Nov. 3 General Election in DeKalb County. But there is no way to determine the chain of custody.

Election Code Emergency Rule 183-1-14-0.8-.14 passed in July 2020 which states every absentee ballot drop box collectors “shall complete and sign a ballot transfer form upon removing the ballots from the drop box, which shall include the date, time, location and number of ballots

At this point this is really ridiculous we need to scrub the election and do it again.

To much fraud in all these swing states for my liking. Should be to much for anyone.

Well, another violation in the Georgia Election Code. That said if we are to believe Dr.Eastman Consititutional Scholar who testified at the hearing this week. Once the election code is broken, it is within the Georgia legislature's power to void the election and remedy the situation. He cited numerous times happened against the objections from some members. To me the most telling aspect was one state senator asking if the legislature needed a supermajority to do this, Eastman said no just a simple majority would suffice.

Not saying I support this option right now, and I am sure it would be challenged vigorously in court but he says not only is an an option it's the legislature's duty

and when you own the press it's easy. Just have the MSM call anyone who questions things "crazy conspiracy theorists", and they will just go away.

At this point, I guess it don't matter. The MSM spent four years pounding the narrative that everyone but a tiny handful of crazies despise trump and want him gone. If it weren't for that, I am pretty sure a lot of people would be questioning the election results.

The big ass rallies, that included a good number of democrats and independent voters show it's not the case. I have heard a lot of people say # like "Oh, just because they went to a rally, doesn't mean they were going to vote for him!" Maybe, the Secretary of State, that oversees elections, could shed some light on the subject. Has anyone from the The Georgia Star News contacted the SOS or the state elections officials for the documentation?

Yep..Joe Biden laid it all out. Both Electronic and Paper-Ballot fraud was planned months ago and executed in Oct/Nov..

Dekalb says they can't find them.
So how can they certify if Election Code Emergency Rule 183-1-14-0.8-.14 says they must be filed in order for those votes to be legally counted?

Other counties produced them within 24 hrs.
DeKalb cant.
The legality of tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands counted GA Biden votes' depends on that chain of custody being legally established and confirmed.
