Haha indeed... the left is crying over this pardon, but had zero issues with all the controversial pardons done by Bill Clinton and Obama..

BUT...General Flynn is INNOCENT! He was FRAMED!

Now he has to admit his guilt, again, for the 3rd time, to get the pardon.

I bet Judge Sullivan is relieved.

The true travesty is this judge who weaponized the bench is still a judge. May we all live in an America where our political beliefs or party is not persecuted and tactics are not used to back us into a corner to diminish our rights. A dark winter ahead for us all if the actions of the last 4 years are allowed to stand and justice against those who persecuted the right and weaponized the judicial branch and brought on terrorist organizations to intimidate the American citizens.

How does he not have a 5th Amendment right anymore?

Do you mean to say he can be tried twice for this because he was pardoned?

You need a deeper lesson in the 5th Amendment.

A conviction is not required for the 5th Amendment to be applied.

That's why I asked what was up that...

Accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt. If you admit guilt you can’t self incriminate for those crimes. If he testifies in any way that contradicts the admission of guilt for what he was pardoned, he will be committing perjury.

Accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt.

From what legal doctrine do you draw this conclusion?

He's way more fun when he is drinking...

He also said something about Burdick v. United States, 236 U.S. 79 (1915) blabla delivery and acceptance were essential components of a pardon...

Yes. But that case does not set a precedence for admission of guilt.
