I'm glad they caught the three votes that were improperly cast but it obviously had no impact on the outcome.

So we are supposed to believe 3 people cast only 3 votes for dead people risking federal charges? along with it wasn't a close race till those late 27,000 absentee and mail-in ballots came in?
also from the article.
A top state Board of Elections official is demanding an investigation.
“This is a known problem of voting by mail. It should be investigated,” said Doug Kellner, co-chairman of the board, noting that it’s a crime for someone to mail in a ballot in the name of a dead person.
“It is an election fraud. It’s a felony,” he said.
The law also says an absentee ballot cast by a voter who then dies before the election isn’t counted.

'Swarmy'? Did you men 'smarmy'?
The fraud was caught, I'm glad it was, that's the truth. If you don't like it too bad. It was three votes which to me shows that fraud is caught when investigated and is not nearly as wide spread as people are screaming about.

It's literally in the third paragraph of your article......
"Madison County Attorney Tina Wayland-Smith reported that election officials there disqualified absentee ballots filed by three “deceased” voters” in a filing with state Supreme Court Justice Scott Del Conte, who is overseeing the count in Oswego County."

If those amount to something then you have cause to worry, right now it's three votes.

Sure I guess it's possible, that just 3 people would risk federal charges when there is no way 3 votes alone would affect the election.
People are stupid. Take Private Pyle and his unlocked footlocker.
