It happens and mail-in ballots do make it easier to do. A concentrated and organized effort could easily change larger elections as well.

nypost.com... tm_campaign=720254

The discovery of mail-in ballots cast by dead voters has emerged as an issue in the neck-and-neck race between first-term upstate Democratic Rep. Anthony Brindisi and rival Republican Claudia Tenney.

Tenney, who held the seat before being ousted by Brindisi, was ahead by a razor-thin 100 votes as the two campaigns appeared before a state judge who will rule on hundreds of disputed absentee and affidavit ballots that could determine the winner.

Tenney led by a hefty 27,000-vote margin in the machine count, but Brindisi nearly erased the entire lead during the counting of absentee ballots.

She will be the second Republican in New York to pick up a congressional seat — along with Congresswoman-elect Nicole Malliotakis on Staten Island — if she prevails.

I'm glad they caught the three votes that were improperly cast but it obviously had no impact on the outcome.

Did you even read the article? Or did your swarmy rebuttal pop into your head immediately and that's all you needed.

So we are supposed to believe 3 people cast only 3 votes for dead people risking federal charges? along with it wasn't a close race till those late 27,000 absentee and mail-in ballots came in?

also from the article.

A top state Board of Elections official is demanding an investigation.

“This is a known problem of voting by mail. It should be investigated,” said Doug Kellner, co-chairman of the board, noting that it’s a crime for someone to mail in a ballot in the name of a dead person.

“It is an election fraud. It’s a felony,” he said.

The law also says an absentee ballot cast by a voter who then dies before the election isn’t counted.

Big evidence incoming, it’s incoming I tell thee.

So far, it’s all fallen flat, but I’m sure this week will be the week that the swamp begins to be drained.

Keep the law suit donations coming though folks, the more money, the bigger the evidence, I’m sure.

'Swarmy'? Did you men 'smarmy'?

The fraud was caught, I'm glad it was, that's the truth. If you don't like it too bad. It was three votes which to me shows that fraud is caught when investigated and is not nearly as wide spread as people are screaming about.

It's literally in the third paragraph of your article......

"Madison County Attorney Tina Wayland-Smith reported that election officials there disqualified absentee ballots filed by three “deceased” voters” in a filing with state Supreme Court Justice Scott Del Conte, who is overseeing the count in Oswego County."

I wanted to say chitty or snotty but pulled back in an effort for unity and all of us to work together

Urban Dictionary: Swarmy
Search domain www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Swarmywww.urbandictionary.com...
a sleazy, sneaky, sweaty, unscrupulous person. A term coined by Donald Trump on his show "The Apprentice" even though bosses used it all the time before. Now anyone who watched five minutes of it thinks it's THE ABSOLUTE # and uses it to say "YOU SUCK!" or "LOSER!"

3 votes were found and disqualified.

3 were found and now they have hundreds of disputed absentee and affidavit ballots and the judge will rule on them.

If those amount to something then you have cause to worry, right now it's three votes.

Sure I guess it's possible, that just 3 people would risk federal charges when there is no way 3 votes alone would affect the election.

I agree as George Carlin said 'Just take a look at how stupid the average American is, and realize half of them are even worse than that"

Of course, people are lots of things, like crooked, sleazy, and unethical too.
