If you will remember for the majority of Trumps first 3 years was occupied obstruction which includes the attempted weaponizing of the judicial branch. Heck one of the hacks still hasnt dismissed the Flynn case despite the prosecutors desire to drop charges due to the memo that the charging of Flynn was a premeditated trap.

I don't agree with some of the points. Software updates can be done in a timely manner. Getting people to update nodes could may take a bit longer. but it's not an unreachable goal. I think that blockchain would be good enough to use for elections.
